Our Motorhome Hire Gift Vouchers are flexible, easy to redeem, and can be applied toward any of our vehicles, making them the ideal choice for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and more.
Redeemable for up to 12 months, these vouchers offer a generous timeframe, so your loved ones can plan their getaway when it suits them best.
Tailored for every kind of explorer, our motorhomes are fully equipped and ready for the journey – all they need to bring is a sense of adventure!
VOUCHER VALIDITY
Motorhome Hire Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Bookings using gift vouchers must be confirmed 4 weeks prior to travel date. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and discretion of GoGallivanting.
Booking Requirements
A minimum rental period of 2 nights applies to all bookings made with a gift voucher.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for bookings during peak season (July, August, and Bank Holidays) unless otherwise stated on the voucher or confirmed by GoGallivanting.
VOUCHER Redemption
Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiration date and can only be applied to one booking per voucher.
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Booking Process
To redeem, the recipient must contact GoGallivanting directly via phone or email, quoting the unique voucher code.
Bookings are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended to secure desired dates.
Additional Charges
Any additional costs (such as mileage overages, additional driver insurance, or any other optional extras) beyond the voucher’s value will be charged at the standard rate and must be paid by the hirer. All bookings require a £200 breakage deposit, which is fully refundable if no damage occurs.
Eligibility
Voucher holders must meet GoGallivanting’s standard hiring criteria. You must be 27 years of age and hold a clean UK drivers licence.
Festivals and Sporting Events
Gift vouchers cannot be used to book rentals during major festivals, music events, or significant sporting events unless otherwise approved by GoGallivanting. Additional fees may apply for these dates, and bookings are subject to availability.
NIGHTLY RATES
Motorhome Hire Gift Vouchers are applicable towards any of our motorhome models, with nightly rates as follows:
◦ VIP: £145 per night
◦ LUX: £185 per night
◦ DELUXE: £195 per night
If the booking cost exceeds the voucher value, the recipient must pay the remaining balance at the time of booking. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Voucher Loss
Lost or stolen Motorhome Hire Gift Vouchers will not be replaced, and GoGallivanting holds no responsibility for vouchers once issued.
Amendments and Cancellations
Standard cancellation policies apply to bookings made with a voucher. Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
